Description
I get the following error
" ImportError: cannot import name 'partial' from 'jax.util' "
If I execute the following code:
" import tensorflow_probability.substrates.jax as tfp ".
The problem is that jax.util.partial has been removed in the jax release "v0.2.21" and now tensorflow_probability is not compatible with it.
