Description
Is it possible to create simplified interface to tensorflow probability just like Keras to tensorflow? I like this library, it is good for industry guys to deploy but it is tedious for reseachers in Bayesian Stats since we want to validate our ideas on bayesian models as fast as possible and would like to spend minimum time on struggling on the tedious APIs. I think pyro and numpyro are doing a good job in the API but they are not as comprehensive libraries as the tfp.
Thanks

Research direction
Start by reviewing TensorFlow Probability's existing APIs and the high-level interfaces in Pyro and NumPyro, which the issue cites as comparisons. Define the intended scope and success criteria for a simplified interface before identifying implementation files or tests; the issue does not name them or specify what “done” looks like.
