Description
Using sampling function on StudentT rise:
NotImplementedError: Cannot convert a symbolic Tensor (gradients/stateless_random_gamma/StatelessRandomGammaV2_grad/sub:0) to a numpy array
I have tried few other distributions (Normal,..), and they work fine.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the StudentT sampling failure described in the issue and compare it with the working Normal distribution case. Trace the sampling entry point through the symbolic-tensor and StatelessRandomGammaV2 gradient path. Done means StudentT sampling no longer raises the symbolic Tensor-to-NumPy conversion error.
