Description

Are there any plans to add a Zero-Inflated Poisson (ZIP) and Zero-Inflated Negative Binomial (ZINB) to TFP? Those are usually very common distributions in other packages, and it shouldn't be hard to implement.

Research direction

The issue requests Zero-Inflated Poisson and Zero-Inflated Negative Binomial distributions in TFP but names no files, tests, or entry points. Review existing distribution support and project contribution guidance first, then define the implementation scope and tests needed for both distributions before starting.
