Description

Following the tutorial, I install the tensorflow object detection

cd models/research
# compile protos:
protoc object_detection/protos/*.proto --python_out=.
# Install TensorFlow Object Detection API as a python package:
cp object_detection/packages/tf2/setup.py .
python -m pip install .

but this install tensorflow 2.4, which require CUDA 11.
Since i'm working with CUDA 10.1, I would like to install the API with tensorflow 2.2

How can I specify that I wanna use tensorflow 2.2 rather than 2.4 ?
