Add a rotation angle to the bounding box of SSD Object detector

2. Describe the feature you request

I want to modify the current SSD object detectors' bounding box regressor to add an angle for the orientation of the bounding box along the x-axis, so I can train it for rotated bounding boxes like in this image.

I would really appreciate it if you could guide me a bit with where to start and how feasible is it.
