Description

I am using the Pascal VOC evaluation metric in Tensorflow Object Detection API, for the first class the Average precision (AP) is around zero (always), I am searching about this problem and there are users who say it is a bug. So, what is the solution to this problem? or are there other ways in TensorFlow Object Detection API to calculate AP per class?
