Description

I see that numpy was updated long back - https://github.com/tensorflow/model-optimization/commit/10ff67f7601cf667e5c8b9783f23a68244b62ae9.

Is their a plan to update to numpy v2 sometime soon?

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by reviewing the referenced commit and locating the current NumPy version constraints in the project; then check the TensorFlow and Keras compatibility implications of NumPy 2. Done means the dependency update is defined, compatible, and covered by the relevant test suite.
