Research direction

The issue names tfmot and Keras YOLOv3-v4 models but does not identify files, tests, or an entry point. Start by locating the pruning APIs and existing object-detection examples, then determine whether YOLOv3-v4 or another object-detection model is supported. Done should include a clearly defined supported model path and validation of pruning behavior.
