Description

Hi:
In tensorflow-java ,some matrix operate methond is not support ,so need use breeze DenseMatrix ,but can not implicit convert to like numpy in python . Now we need to make tensorflow-java environment suitable with scala or java with the Matrix or Vector Operation.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the TensorFlow Java tensor operand APIs and the requested Breeze DenseMatrix interoperability. Define which matrix or vector operations and conversions are in scope, then verify the agreed behavior with focused Java or Scala examples; done means the selected operations work without the current manual conversion.
