Description

  • Name of dataset: fastMRI
  • URL of dataset: http://fastmri.org/dataset
  • License of dataset: No clue. "Interested scientists may apply for access to fastMRI data for the purposes of internal research or education only."
  • Short description of dataset and use case(s): The anonymized imaging dataset provided by NYU Langone comprises raw k-space data from more than 1,500 fully sampled knee MRIs obtained on 3 and 1.5 Tesla magnets and DICOM images from 10,000 clinical knee MRIs also obtained at 3 or 1.5 Tesla. Dataset would be used to improve traditional MRI reconstruction algorithms by using ML.
