Research direction

Start by reproducing Radon dataset access with tensorflow-datasets 3.2.1 and TensorFlow 2.3.0 on Windows 10 with Python 3.7, then compare the result with Colab. No source file or test is identified; done means the Radon dataset is available in the reported environment as it is in Colab.
