Description

  • Name of dataset: Photoacoustic Microscopy Dataset
  • URL of dataset: https://zenodo.org/record/4042171
  • License of dataset: CC BY 4.0
  • Short description of dataset and use case(s): This dataset contains photoacoustic microscopy images of mouse brain vessels. These high quality images can be used for a variety of deep learning tasks in vessel imaging (as a main dataset or for the purposes of transfer learning). The dataset currently contains 381 images of ~1000 by 2000 pixels. This dataset is expected to continue to grow in the future.

Folks who would also like to see this dataset in tensorflow/datasets, please thumbs-up so the developers can know which requests to prioritize.

And if you'd like to contribute the dataset (thank you!), see our guide to adding a dataset.
