I need help calling the tensor flow dataset, Trying to download an anotated dataset for a project , maybe a sample call will help

What I've tried so far

Research direction

The issue concerns calling a TensorFlow dataset on Windows with Python 3.11, but it does not identify a dataset or provide actual package versions. Start by obtaining those missing details and reproducing the “No builder directory found” error; done would be a verified sample call and a stated stable version.
