Description
Dear all,
As Fedora 39 provides Rocm 5.7 and python 3.12.
We can see here that they are any wheel for python 3.12.
Could you push a wheel with python 3.12 and rocm 5.7 ?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the TensorFlow build tooling and the issue's requested TensorFlow ROCm 5.7 wheel for Python 3.12. Determine where supported Python and ROCm versions are configured and how wheel builds are published. Done means a compatible wheel is produced and made available, with the relevant build validation completed.
