Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently the batch operation is like a hidden feature, you have to select the checkboxes in certain order to make it show up.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make it more explicit and obvious by just a button "Start Batch Operation" in the batch view.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction

Start by locating the batch operation view and the existing checkbox-driven entry that reveals batch reset/signals actions. Add an explicit “Start Batch Operation” button in that view, and verify that it begins the existing batch operation flow without requiring checkbox selection order.
