Clicking on Workflows does not update workflows list

Describe the bug
When you are on the workflows page
And click on "Workflows" in the sidebar menu
It does not fetch new workflows.
This is confusing behavior
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Workflows'
- Click on 'Workflows'
- See that new workflows didn't appear
Expected behavior
When clicking on sidebar workflow menu updated list of workflows should be shown
