Request is to expose last activity failure info via
https://github.com/temporalio/api/blob/master/temporal/api/workflowservice/v1/request_response.proto#L449
Would allow users to check last failure info within their activity code and able to make decisions based on it.

Research direction
Start at the PollActivityTaskQueueResponse definition in request_response.proto, especially the referenced line, and trace where that response is assembled in the Temporal service. Determine how last activity failure information is represented and propagated. Done means callers can inspect that information from the response and the relevant behavior is covered by the existing tests.
