Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When an existing namespace is replicated to a new cluster (by updating namespace's clusters list), search attributes registered for that namespace on the current cluster won't be replicated/created on the new cluster.
Describe the solution you'd like
Replicate custom search attributes as part of namespace replication.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the namespace update path that handles changes to the clusters list, then locate how custom search attributes are registered and replicated. Done means existing namespace search attributes are created on the newly added cluster without disrupting namespace replication.
