Description
We have size/number of history events whenever workflow update happens. For my current and future investigations we need those number at the time of closing workflow. Also size of mutable state at the closing workflow would be another critical metric.

Research direction
Start by locating where history-event size or count is published during workflow updates, then trace the workflow-closing path. Add equivalent measurements for history events and mutable-state size at close, and verify that both metrics are emitted when a workflow closes.
