Description
Describe the solution you'd like
Users need a workflow-local var that is scoped only to the current workflow when accessed via code. See https://github.com/temporalio/features/issues/571.
Rough sketch: like thread-local and fiber-local, a user can use Workflow["myValue"] to get or set workflow-local data.

Research direction
Start by reading the linked feature request and the SDK's existing handling of thread-local and fiber-local data. Determine how workflow execution scope is represented and where a Workflow["myValue"] access point would belong. Done means workflow-local values can be read and written through that interface without leaking to other workflows, with behavior covered by tests.
