Description

Describe the solution you'd like

See https://github.com/temporalio/sdk-python/issues/276#issuecomment-2949910553.

For workflow.LoggerAdapter and activity.LoggerAdapter, consider supporting merge_extra to allow users to set adapter-level extra data. Note, the stdlib's form of this is 3.13 only so we may need our own form.

Research direction

Start with the referenced issue and comment, then inspect the workflow.LoggerAdapter and activity.LoggerAdapter entry points. Define how adapter-level extra data should merge, including behavior on Python versions before 3.13; done means both custom adapters support the agreed merge_extra behavior.
