Description
During various failure/deployment scenarios especially in K8s the service IP might change. Currently a worker and client restart is needed to deal with it.

Research direction
The issue names the worker and client as the affected entry points; start by tracing how they resolve and maintain the service connection during deployment or Kubernetes failures. Confirm the current restart requirement and identify the existing connection tests, then verify that an IP change triggers reconnection without restarting either component.
