Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; start by locating the Java API used to invoke child workflows and the client workflow-creation API it should match. Done means a child workflow invocation can override the target Worker Deployment Version for pre-deployment testing, with behavior consistent with client-created workflows.
