Description
Describe the solution you'd like
In short:
-
Add the
boolean Workflow.patched(String patchId, boolean memoized)andWorkflow.deprecatePatch(String patchId, boolean memoized)APIs. Refer to Core's implementation (once it is ready). -
(Maybe) Deprecate the
GetVersionAPI.
See temporalio/features#591 for details.

Research direction
Start by reviewing temporalio/features#591 and Core's implementation once it is available, since the issue explicitly defers the API behavior to those references. Then inspect the Java SDK's Workflow API entry point and existing GetVersion implementation. Done means the patched(String, boolean) and deprecatePatch(String, boolean) APIs match Core, with the GetVersion deprecation decision resolved.
