Description
Describe the solution you'd like
When the tracing interceptor is in use, by default creating a schedule should create a span for the schedule and set it on the workflow header if the action is starting a workflow. Users need to be able to opt-out in their tracing interceptor options.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the tracing interceptor options and the schedule-creation entry point; verify how workflow-start actions set headers. Done means schedule creation emits a span by default, sets it on the workflow header when applicable, and supports an opt-out option.
