Description
Currently when you try to use ResetWorkflowExecution with the client from TestWorkflowEnvironment with in-memory Test Server you get:
io.grpc.StatusRuntimeException: UNIMPLEMENTED: Method temporal.api.workflowservice.v1.WorkflowService/ResetWorkflowExecution is unimplemented
Would be nice to add support for it in the future. Thanks.

Research direction
Start at TestWorkflowEnvironment and the in-memory Test Server implementation, then trace the WorkflowService handling for ResetWorkflowExecution. Reproduce the UNIMPLEMENTED error and determine the expected reset behavior; done means the client call is supported by the Test Server and no longer returns that error.
