Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want to do a cross-SDK look at where we have unintentional deviation between languages in the metrics we're reporting and standardize to the extent it makes sense, so that multi-language users have better consistency in understanding what's going on across their various workers.

Research direction
Start with the empty Per-SDK Tickets checklist and review the metrics reported by the Go, Java, Core, TypeScript, Python, .NET, Ruby, PHP, and Temporal CLI areas. Done means the cross-SDK deviations are assessed, desirable standardization is agreed, and the corresponding per-SDK tickets are linked.
