Description
This issue refers to PR #3415 , which is now closed.
The community contributor is correct that upserting Search attributes in existing Workflows can cause non-determinism errors.
However, the fix provided by the contributor is now out of date. The appropriate fix is to use worker versioning.
This fix needs to be made to the Observability pages in all SDKs.

Research direction
Start by reviewing closed PR #3415 and the current Observability pages across all SDK documentation. Identify every page that discusses upserting Search attributes in existing Workflows, then update the guidance to reference worker versioning. Done means the outdated fix is replaced consistently in all SDKs.
