Description

A proxy like this:
https://t.me/webproxy?server=proxy.example.com%2Fphcf2vfe7zgbrslg&secret=cIVhlEBk_HMMv6RHNWLY7Fk
works perfectly in Telegram Desktop 7.2.9, but absolutely refuses to work in Telegram 12.10.3 (Google Play version)

Research direction

Start by reproducing the listed proxy URL in Telegram Desktop 7.2.9 and Telegram 12.10.3 from Google Play, recording the differing behavior. Read the proxy server's request and authentication handling to identify whether the Android client is unsupported or exposes a server-side issue. Done means the incompatibility is fixed and verified on Android, or the supported behavior is clearly documented.
