Creating this issue for the design of the LED subsystem. What should it do?

Ideas:

  • since vision is going to be very important, an indication of how many april tags are visible to cameras, perhaps structured as traffic light (red/yellow/green) indicating confidence in vision-computed pose, which may correspond to confidence that shots will hit?
