Description

Both upcoming agenda and recent meeting notes links are outdated. Is it intended to have links to most recent agenda and notes? In that case it'll be better to parse agendas and notes repos. Also notes are usually get published 2+ weeks after meetings (ToC and summary for them are even later).

Research direction

The issue identifies outdated upcoming-agenda and recent-meeting-notes links in the menu, but names no files or tests. Start by locating the menu and its current agenda and notes URLs, then inspect how those sources are published. Done means the links resolve to the intended latest available content while accounting for delayed notes publication.
