Description
I've noticed that this rule catches 1000ℤ (which should be *1000*ℤ) but fails to catch scientific notation like 103ℤ or −8.64 × 1021ℤ.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Locate the rule that bolds literal BigInt values, then inspect how it parses plain, scientific, and multiplication notation. Done means the rule also catches 103ℤ and −8.64 × 1021ℤ while retaining the existing 1000ℤ behavior.
