Description

Per IRC discussion. ecmarkup spec.html out/index.html --assets inline --copyright true, without --contributors "…", cannot generate a copyright and license notice. But it currently outputs a spec file silently and successfully, with no error.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the documented ecmarkup command with --copyright true and no --contributors. Trace the CLI handling for these options and make the missing contributor information produce a warning or error instead of silently generating the spec; verify the command's output afterward.
