Description
Now "internal developers" SDKs are placed in /enterprise-dev/ instead of /enterprise/, so all pre-existing CI pipelines using 3.x-SDKs are red:
If possible, we should support this. It is also possible that tt is expected to support only "external developers" SDKs and this issue is by design rather than a bug (which makes this command rather useless for Tarantool Team developers).

Research direction
Start by tracing the tt install tarantool-ee command and how it resolves SDK paths for 3.x versions. Compare the /enterprise-dev/ and /enterprise/ locations described in the issue. Done means the latest 3.x internal SDK updates install correctly, or the supported scope is clarified and documented.
