Description
Need to check tt help and source code to avoid ambiguity: centralized config is a configuration located on a separate storage. At least, --config opt description in tt rs help must be changed.

Research direction
Run tt rs --help and search the source for the --config option description. Review related tt help wording for the same ambiguity, then update the help text so centralized configuration is clearly distinguished from a configuration source and verify the resulting help output.
