Description
A proposal is being made to introduce an option or options to fill in the values of bin_dir and inc_dir. I think it would make sense to introduce a single --tarantool_dir option that would be used to evaluate these directories as <tarantool_dir>/bin and <tarantool_dir>/include, but this is just a proposal.

Research direction
Start at the tt init entry point and trace how bin_dir and inc_dir are currently populated. Evaluate the proposed option behavior, including whether one --tarantool_dir option should derive <tarantool_dir>/bin and <tarantool_dir>/include; done means tt init fills both values consistently.
