Description

when I start I start cluster with tt start I should monitor readiness(all instances started and have ready status) by tt status, it's uncomfortable.

Something like this would be comfortable:
tt status --wait-ready --timeout 30s

If cluster ready before timeout it prints status immediately. If reached timeout, prints current status.

Research direction

Start at the tt status command and trace how it reports instance readiness and parses command-line options. Define the --wait-ready and --timeout behavior described here, then verify that readiness returns promptly when all instances are ready and prints the current status when the timeout expires.
