Description
If there is no zip in system tt pack fails with error Error: Failed packing *.rock.
It's very hard to detect why rock is not packing.
This was fixed in luarocks
May be tt should check dependencies for tt pack?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure with tt pack on a system without zip, then trace the packing entry point and compare the referenced LuaRocks fix. Done means the missing dependency produces a clear error explaining why packing failed, with coverage for this scenario if the existing test structure supports it.
