Description
Time skew between a master and a replica may result in bugs both in Tarantool core (#12036) and in application logic. Let's detect this and print a warning if the time skew is too big.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by tracing Tarantool's master-replica time and replication handling, then identify the existing warning or logging path. Done means detecting excessive clock skew and emitting a warning without disrupting replication, with coverage for skew above and below the selected limit.
