Description
The CentOS 7 repositories are removed now, so we should use a mirror. I would use the archive as in https://github.com/packpack/packpack-docker-images/pull/117.
Initially observed in https://github.com/tarantool/installer.sh/pull/39#discussion_r1977723309.

Research direction
Start by locating the CentOS 7 job in the repository's CI configuration and compare the archive approach described in packpack/packpack-docker-images#117. Update the repository source to a working mirror, then run or inspect the CentOS 7 job to confirm package installation succeeds.
