tt tcm start: add the tcm command.
tt tcm start OR tt tcm start --path /path/to/tcm: added the capability
to run TCM in interactive mode.
tt tcm start --watchdog: implemented Watchdog mode for automatic
restarting of TCM upon unexpected termination.
