Description
如下图所示，3.2.3.0的集群版出现负载均衡的情况，节点1的cpu彪高，但节点2和3负载很低，尤其是节点2全是follower，开源版有什么办法能缓解这种情况么？
balance vgroup leader是企业版才有的功能么？执行了没有效果。
