Tailscale fails to reconnect to mullvad if the tunnel name changes

### What is the issue?

Overnight the New York tunnel name changed from us-nyc-wg-501.mullvad.ts.net to us-nyc-wg-302.mullvad.ts.net with wg-501 becoming an invalid option for exit nodes, all my Linux nodes were unable to recover from this, stopping all network based activities until I manually fixed the configuration.
