Description
### What is the issue?
UI elements are slightly off center after logging into Tailscale for the first time. I highlighted in pink where I need to tap to interact (avatar and exit node). Tapping on a node seems ok. Closing and reopening the app fixes the problem every time.

Log in to Tailscale on release 1.49.258.
