Description
### What is the issue?
Updated my Synology to 1.38.1 from 1.36.1.
Now the Synology package page shows Tailscale as stopped.
But I can SSH in and verify it's working. Can even ping the host from a remote system just fine as expected.
Even https://login.tailscale.com/admin/machines?refreshed=true shows the box Connected but still shows as build 1.36.1.
So this broke sometime between build 1.36.1 and 1.38.1.
### Steps to reproduce
Run 1.38.1 from https://pkgs.tailscale.com/stable/#spks
If run 1.36.1., things work correctly.
### Are there any recent changes that introduced the issue?
Broken sometime between builds 1.36.1 and 1.38.1 .
