Description
When using TailScale, I lose connectivity to my Host-Only networking VM.
Even after disconnecting and exiting TailScale the connectivity problems continue until I issue:
```
sudo ifconfig vboxnet0 down
sudo ifconfig vboxnet0 up
```
Then I can connect again to the VM.
App Version 1.10.1, Big Sur 11.4, Vagrant 2.2.16, VirtualBox 6.1.22 r144080.
