Mac App Store Install Detected

### What is the issue?

I've had Tailscale installed on my Mac for about a year or two now. But for the past week or so, the following pop-up window has been appearing on my Mac:

It appears once per day, always in the morning hours (6AM - 11AM. Unfortunately I am not around when it happens to pinpoint the exact time.

The thing is, I only have the Mac App Store version installed and don't think I've ever installed the web version. I've tried uninstalling the app, rebooting, and reinstalling it from the Mac App Store, but the error reappears the following day. I've also tried running apps like CleanMyMac to find and remove leftover traces of the app.
