Loss of Internet following MacOS waking from Sleep

### What is the issue?

When I close the lid on my Macbook (latest Sequia) and then later return, I open the lid, log back in.

My internet is then down.

I have to quit tailsacale and then my network works. If I then restart tailscale the connection continues to work..

I am running the latest version of Tailscale.

### Steps to reproduce

On macbook with working Internet, close the lid so that mac goes into sleep. Wait a few mins and open the lid and log in. Internet is now not working.

### Are there any recent changes that introduced the issue?

Updated tailscale to 1.90.4
