Tailscale.BackendMessageError error 0

### What is the issue?

I can no longer connect to Tailscale from my MacBook Air M2 (which has been fine for a while).

The error that pops up, after I manually installed the latest version is:
**Could not connect to Tailscale: The operation couldn't be completed. (Tailscale.BackendMessageError error O.)**

Before I updated to 1.84.1, I was running 1.82.5 and it gave nearly the same error (except error 3, rather than 0). They both exhibit the same problems.

It also can't submit a bug report:

I have rebooted many times. Tailscale cannot connect - it just appears to be trying to connect, but does nothing. You get the error when clicking the toggle again to disconnect. In the admin panel I can see this Mac hasn't connected successfully since May 20th.
